- Limitless storage & remote access: AppRiver charges a low monthly fee for each user while providing an almost limitless amount of storage for email, contacts, tasks, calendar, etc. All of your user's Outlook information will be available remotely or on their local PC/laptop.
Annatech will perform the migration to the new service on a per user basis. The transition can move at whatever pace you feel comfortable, without disruption to your existing email service. When it is time to go live, AppRiver will be ready to handle all of the email for your domain (eg. yourcompany.com).
Annatech will only charge for the time it takes to setup the email service and migrate user data to the AppRiver servers. From that point on, your company will be billed directly by AppRiver. Annatech will manage the overall administration of your account, but your company can have it’s own administrator setup to add email users as needed. Beyond the initial setup fees, there is no additional cost unless you decide to have Annatech migrate new users in the future.
AppRiver currently charges $12.95 per user, per month. With this, you get:
- “Unlimited” storage per user account. AppRiver starts accounts at 1GB (1000 megabytes), but allows you to reasonably increase the storage, per user, on an as needed basis for no additional cost.
